Want the benefits of spray foam insulation but on a budget? Our Hybrid insulation might be the answer.

The cost of a full coating of spray foam can be 3-4x the price of traditional insulation. For residential builds, this might be seen as too much, so we offer a hybrid insulation method that gives you the benefits of our Closed Cell spray foam, but at a fraction of the cost.

Our hybrid insulation is the most cost-effective way to get your home to code incorporating spray foam. We start by applying a 2-inch layer of our Closed-Cell spray foam. This provides a continuous moisture barrier; spray foam has no seams or joins so eliminates entrance points for moisture and damp. When applied to exterior walls or in attic spaces it creates an airtight space; meaning heating and cooling your home will be cheaper than before.

After the layer of closed-cell spray foam has been applied, we then fill the remaining space with wither fiberglass or open-cell spray foam, which increases the R rating of your home. Why it can cost less

Hybrid insulation offers the benefits of both spray foam and traditional insulation, including:

Superior Air Sealing: Closed-cell foam prevents air leaks, while fiberglass/cellulose boosts thermal insulation.

Moisture Resistance: Spray foam acts as a vapor barrier, reducing condensation and mold risks.

A thin layer of closed-cell spray foam (1–2 inches) is applied first to provide an airtight seal and moisture barrier. Then, fiberglass batts or blown-in cellulose are added to increase R-value and reduce costs.

The spray foam layer stops air leakage and moisture infiltration, while the fiberglass or cellulose layer increases the overall R-value, reducing heating and cooling costs.
